Where we show up
UpcomingDevCongress October Meetup
DevCongress Meetups are builder-focused gatherings for developers, engineers, and tech enthusiasts who want to learn from real-world experiences and connect with others building in the ecosystem. The goal is simple: learn from people who are actively building and shipping, and share knowledge. Whether you're an experienced engineer, an early-career developer, or someone exploring new technologies, you’ll find practical insights and meaningful conversations.
UpcomingAccra Lawtech Hangout 2026
Accra Lawtech Hangout (ALH) is the flagship annual gathering of the Legal Tech Lounge community, bringing together people working across law, technology, data, business and policy to explore how technology is shaping the future of legal services and African trade. Now in its 4th edition, ALH has grown into a space where lawyers, tech professionals, founders, fintech leaders, policymakers, innovators and business leaders come together to learn, exchange ideas, build connections and discuss the systems shaping Africa’s digital future. This year’s theme, “Building the Rails of African Trade: Law, Data & Digital Systems,” looks beyond technology itself to the rules, data and digital infrastructure needed to make cross-border trade work better across Africa. We’re bringing together 1,000+ attendees and 25+ speakers from 20+ countries for a day of practical conversations, new ideas, meaningful connections and a closer look at what it takes to build the systems behind Africa’s next chapter of growth.
PastDevCongress Project Night
Weekly virtual meetup to share what we've been working on, and dedicate some quiet working time to pushing our project forward. Come bring a project, bring a book, something to cook or learn. It doesn't matter, as long as you are willing to share your learnings. Message @aberkowitz ahead of time for a link to the virtual event, and commit to showing up on time.
